Re-added the pithy quotes...

I just took the time to re-intergrate the quotes displaying code to the site, so at the bottom of every single one of these god-forsaken pages you'll see some dumb quote. Feel free to send me quotes with attributions whenever possible. Of course, soon as I was done with that I paid a visit to the official php-nuke site and saw right at the top that someone else has made a quotes add-on for php-nuke. Guess I'll check that out and possibly use it instead if it is better than the quick and lame hack job I did. I'm sure it will be.
